G & J away from home

Spent the day doing the washing and getting it dried - exciting holiday stuff!  Also catching up with most of the missing days in the blog.

I watered all the plants including those I potted up when we were last here and was able to get this photo of a visitor to the garden.  All the baby birds must have fledged because there's no busy parents ducking in and out now.

Did a trial pack of the bags - looks like everything will still fit.

One night left in the UK, an 11.5 hours flight, three nights in Shanghai, another 11.5 hour flight, a night in Auckland and then the 7 hour drive Palmie.  Can't wait to be home now.
